New Service: Reset Password Request

Dear Clients,

In case of forgetting the password, the responsible or authorised person can get his/her pin reset through “Reset Forgotten Password” function on the EMS login page or the responsible or authorised persons registered in LMRA system for a particular CR need to visit the client services counters at LMRA, Ground floor to get help in resending the password through providing the registered email in LMRA.

If the email registered in LMRA is forgotten client needs to request changing the email registered at LMRA and proceed to resting the pin through “Reset Forgotten Password” Function on EMS login page.
