How to submit the termination application online?

Please follow these steps to apply for the termination application online:

Go to the Permit cancellation folder on the left side of the menu on your login to the Expatriate Management System (EMS).
Once you click on the folder, cancel expatriate permit will appear below it.
Click on cancel expatriate permit and enter all the details in the mandatory fields. You will also need to upload the (Termination Declaration Form PDF (1 MB)) which must be filled out and signed by both the authorized person and the expatriate employee, in the event that the expatriate employee is in the Kingdom of Bahrain during the cancellation.
