Order No (11) of 2012 With Regard to Empowering Some Employees of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority With the Status of Judicial Discipline Officers

Minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs:

Having reviewed Criminal Procedure Law issued by Legislative Decree No. (46) of 2002, as amended by Law No (41) of 2005, particularly Article (45) thereof;
Law No. (19) of 2006 Concerning the Regulation of Labor Market particularly, as amended; and
Pursuant to the agreement with the Minister of Labour, Chairman of Labour Market Regulatory Authority.

Orders as follows:

Article (1):

The following Labour Market Regulatory Authority employees shall be empowered with the status of Judicial Discipline Officers with regards to the crimes committed within their scope of competence, in breach of the provisions of Law No. (19) of 2006 Concerning the Regulations of Labour Market and the regulations and orders issued in implementation thereof:

  1. Ali Mossa Jaffar
  2. Layla A. Nabi Al Radhi
  3. Mohammed Ali Al Shaikh
  4. Mohammed Khalil Al Shakhoori
  5. Fahad Rashid Jassim
  6. Fadheela Mansoor Ashoor
  7. Hussain Abdulla Humaidan
  8. Ahmed A. Amir Ahmed
  9. Mohammed Radhi Al Hali
  10. Wadeea’ Hashim Al Alawi
  11. Fahad Yousif Al Khajah
  12. Amani Makki Al Taweel

Article (2):

This order shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force from the date following its publication.
