Order No (28) of 2013 With Regard to Empowering Some Employees of Labour Market Regulatory Authority with the Status of Judicial Discipline Officers

Minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs:

Having reviewed the Criminal Procedure Law promulgated by Legislative Decree No. (46) of 2002 as amended, particularly Article (45) thereof; and
Law No. (19) of 2006 Concerning the Organization of Labor Market as amended; and
Pursuant to the agreement with the Minister of Labour, Chairman of Labor Market Regulatory Authority

Orders as follows:

Article (1):

The following Labour Market Regulatory Authority employees shall be empowered with the status of Judicial Discipline Officers with regards to the crimes committed within their scope of competence in breach of the provisions of Law No. (19) of 2006 Concerning the Regulations of Labour Market and the regulations and orders issued in implementation thereof:

  2. Mohammed Faisal Suwar
  3. Ali Radhi Saleh Radhi
  4. Shaikha Anwar Abdulla Mohammed Al Jaberi
  5. Ahmed Abdulla Habib Al Khayat
  6. Mohammed Ali Habib Salman
  7. Mohammed Ismail Abdulla Mohammed
  8. Yousif Issa Ahmed Abu Al Fateh
  9. Mohammed A. Karim Ibrahim Hilal
  10. Sara Yousif Ibrahim Al Shuweaar
  11. Abdulla Mazin Rashid Fakhroo
  12. Fadhil Abbas Saleh Makki
  13. Jassim Khalifa Jassim Rashid Dasmal

Article (2):

This order shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force on the date following its publication.
