Resolution (17) for the year 2017 Regarding Adopting Professional Activities Forbidden to Practice by Foreign Employers without a Permit from the Labor Market Regulatory Authority

The CEO of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority:

After reviewing law (19) For the year 2006, regarding the regulation of the
labor market, and its amendments, especially articles (12), (30), (31) and (32),
And decree (64) for the year 2014, regarding renewing the appointment of the
CEO of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority,
And resolution (2) for the year 2014, regarding the organization of foreign
employer permits to practice forbidden professional activities, especially article (1).

Decided the Following:

First Article

The following professional activities mentioned in the table below shall be adopted,
the foreign employer may apply for a permit to practice them according to the
occupations shown next to each activity, the provisions of resolution (2) for the year
2014 regarding the organization of foreign employers’ permits to practice forbidden
professional activities shall be applied to them:

Second Article

This resolution is to be published in the official gazette, and it should be applied after
one day of being published in the official gazette.
