Ministerial Order No. (51) of 2007 With Regard to Empowering Some Employees of Labour Market Regulatory Authority with the Status of Judicial Discipline Officers

Minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs:

Having reviewed the Criminal Procedure Law promulgated by Legislative Decree No. (46) of 2002 , particularly Article (45) thereof; Law No. (19) of 2006 Concerning the Organization of Labour Market, particularly Articles 1, 3, 3/7, 34; and Pursuant to the agreement with the Minister of Labour, Chairman of Labour Market Regulatory Authority.

Orders as follows:

Article (1):

The following Labour Market Regulatory Authority employees shall be empowered with the status of Judicial Discipline Officers with regards to the crimes committed within their scope of competence in breach of the provisions of Law No. (19) of 2006 Concerning the Regulations of Labour Market and the regulations and orders issued in implementation thereof:

  2. Ibrahim Al Fateh Ibrahim
  3. Mahmood A. Wahid A. Shaheed
  4. Jaffar A. Hassan Ahmed
  5. Hassan Jamal Al Rahmah
  6. Fatima Jassim Ahmed
  7. Mohammed Jaffar Al Jaroodi
  8. Mahdi Jaffar Madan
  9. Abdulla A. Wahid Al Ali
  10. Hussain Juma Al Markhi
  11. Ibtihal A. Amir Ashoor
  12. Raed Hassan Ali
  13. Ahmed Jamshir Fairooz
  14. Jassim Mohammed Hussain
  15. Mohammed Yousif Al Affow
  16. Manal Ali Al Dukhail
  17. Jawad A. Ridha Al Khayat

Article (2):

This order shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force from the date following its publication.
