Cancellation of Employment and Dependants Permits

Through this service, employers can apply for the cancellation employee's permit as well as his dependants (family - wife and children up to 24 years).

Process Description

  1. Click here to apply for the service through the LMRA's Expat Management System (EMS).
  2. Fill in the Termination Declaration Form PDF (1 MB). The responsible/authorized person and the employee must sign in the designated fields.
  3. Upload the form in the designated field. The uploaded document should not exceed 200 KB.
  4. Click on the termination button to submit the termination application.
  5. A notification will appear (Your termination application has been successfully submitted, kindly pay the admin fees to proceed with the transaction).
  6. Once the payment is completed, you will be able to print the expatriate’s termination certificate.
