Electronic Client satisfaction ratings

The LMRA Electronic support system was published by LMRA in 2007 to provide electronic solutions to LMRA clients to resolve their issues ,and to submit complains and suggestion without the need to visit any LMRA outlet. In addition the Electronic Support system enables the client to evaluate the LMRA performance. The Electronic support system received 478,041 electronic tickets with an average satisfaction rate of 4 out of 5 with the last 6 years.
