Executive Services Centre – Client satisfaction survey
LMRA launched its executive service centre in December 2018 . The New centre will offer business owners key services at their doorstep. The initiative was part of efforts to revise and streamline procedures to offer efficient and high-quality services to high-value clients. The service is provided in a new special hall at the LMRA headquarters for businessmen, foreign investors, banks and local and international companies, or any individual wishing to avail of its services, at an additional cost . Every month a number of 100 clients evaluate the services of the centre. The survey showed high satisfaction rates to the clients visiting the new centre. Attached is a summary of 2018 survey results.
